TGS offers space not only for enterprises focused on the entertainment industry but also for companies providing tech solutions related to gaming in the broadest sense. Tokyo Games Show is held every September in the Chiba prefecture, organized by the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) and Nikkei Business Publications and sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI). The event gathers global enterprises alongside indie developers, showcasing their hardware, new releases, and recent developments. While the first two days of TGS are open to business attendees, the consecutive two days gather the general public interested in the game expo.
Our delegate, Paulina Leja, presented the Nsflow application and its potential to change the idea of industrial employee training. While our platform is not exactly related to gaming, we include gamification mechanisms in our features. Incorporating elements typically associated with games into areas of operations like digital products and learning is proven to produce better results. With the addition of points, badges, and the possibility to compete with peers, training becomes more engaging and efficient.
