DMEA – Europe's leading event for healthcare digitization

DMEA is a leading event for health IT in Europe. It takes place in Berlin and is organized by the German Federal Association for Health IT. This year, its attendees came from almost 50 countries and there were over 500 exhibitors. Apart from the on-site events – presentations, discussion panels, exhibitions of manufacturers and suppliers – participants could visit hospitals and research institutions.

We took part in DMEA as exhibitors together with four other companies from Lower Silesia. For 3 days, our R&D Manager, Tomasz Golan, was presenting the Nsflow platform as well as pharmaceutical projects developed within our R&D team. An example of the latter is a system for the detection and identification of microorganisms growing in Petri dishes.

We showed a demo of a workflow for laboratory technicians instructing them step-by-step on how to grow microorganisms on Petri dishes. Nsflow can be also used in:

• remote collaboration with experts – doctors, laboratory technicians, lab equipment maintenance technicians, etc.
• telemedicine – using AR glasses with thermographic cameras
• automated training in new lab equipment use, onboarding courses, drug production tasks, OHS courses
• lab procedure and process digitization.
